How to Apply Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, RK Valley, Kadapa Transcripts


Step 1:
♦ Download the transcript application form from the official RGUKT website or obtain it from the university’s academic section.
♦ Fill in the application form with all the required details, including your personal information, educational qualifications, and the purpose for which you need the transcripts.
♦ Pay the prescribed fee for the transcripts through a demand draft (DD) or a challan at any nationalized bank. The fee amount may vary depending on the number of transcripts you need and the mode of delivery.
♦ Attach the following documents along with your application form:

1.Self-attested copies of your mark sheets and degree certificates.
2.Proof of fee payment (DD or Challan).
3.Self-addressed envelope with adequate postage stamps, if you want the transcripts to be sent to a specific address.

.♦ Submit the application form and supporting documents at the university’s academic section either in person or through registered post.
.♦ After processing your application, the university will issue the transcripts and send them to the address mentioned in your application form or hand them over to you in person if you had opted for self-collection.
Step 2:

Once documents are ready please send the softcopies to S
We will revert you with our physical address to dispatch the Principal attested/ Originals documents.
Once we receive the documents from the applicant we will apply at RGUKT and get the process done.
Once we receive the Transcripts we will arrange the shipping to WES/ others and share the Tracking number.
Required documents for process:

1. Principal attested / Original of CMM or year wise marks memos copies
2. Principal attested / Original of OD or PC.
3. copy of WES form for Immigrants.
4. copy of Aadhaar / Passport.
5. Principal attested / softcopy of RGUKT, RK VALLEY Transcripts application form.
