GET TRANSCRIPTS FROM ANDHRA UNIVERSITY
STEP 1:
Go to Andhra University Administration building (Registrar Office), and show your photo copies. Then they will cross verify the below with their own data base.
Pc, Cmm certificates, transaction id and payment receipts checked. Once the above criteria are matching they will give a stamp says ‘VERIFIED AND FOUND CORRECT’ as below.
Once the stamp is done, AU staff will suggest you how much DD challan to take.
Then go to the link https://services.andhrauniversity.edu.in/apply-online-certificates.php and pay the suggested Challan.
Transcript Challan Fee Rs. 50/- per copy (up to five years).After fifth year: 50 + 50 per every belated year.
STEP 2:
Admin staff will guide you in which department you need to show your copies.
Each course have different departments to verify your copies.
Departments: E1- BA, E2- B.Com, E3- B.Sc, E4- MS, E5-M.pharm, B.pharm, E6- B.ed, BBM, E7-MBA.
Submitte your Xerox copys.
Submit challan & documents in the Admin building. Staff will inform you when to come to collect the Transcripts. (1 week time)
STEP 3:
Once completed the transcripts take and go to the Registrar office. They check and stamp there.It will be take one day.

1. CMM/ Consolidated Marks Memo/ Year wise marks memos
2. Provisional/ Original degree/ Convocation.
Only photo copies of the above are required. No need to bring Originals.

- Then the registrar will give his signature in the Admin building and handed over to the staff. They will inform you when to come to collect the Transcripts.
Method 2:- If you don’t wish to travel to AU
We do door delivery service starts from Rs. 3500/- for Andhra University and travel to the Vizag on behalf of our customers to get transcripts for Canada, WES evaluation.
